Hi, welcome to my site! I’m Chelsea- married to my flipping partner, Josh, and mom to 2 beautiful girls. We have a crazy schedule between 2 full time jobs, renovating houses, landlord duties and raising 2 kiddos. But we LOVE what we do and want to share it with you!
We have renovated over 60 houses in the last 9 years. We lived through the renovations on the first 5 houses…meaning we moved 5 times in the first 3-ish years. Boy was that fun (NOT!) – But it did allow us to save up enough money to build our dream home and settle down in a house we love. We continue to renovate homes and are excited to share our projects with you. Hope you enjoy!
